Reporting to the Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for :
- Calling business to business (B2B) customers in a predetermined District to sell our world class products
- Customize orders and quote products for each client.
- Ensure on time and prompt follow up to customer inquiries.
- Responsible for selling, upselling and cross selling new products to all assigned accounts & new businesses via outbound calls (Approximately 40 calls daily).
- Maintain updated account information through account management.
- Meet and exceed Revenue Targets.
- Collaborate, propose and implement solutions with Account Managers, District Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers.
- Execute against all selling requirements including deals and other sales objectives.
- Provide vacancy coverage for your respective District.
Requirements:
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm PST
- Completion of a High School Diploma.
- 2+ year of experience in a sales role.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette skills with strong communicational ability.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in an agile, and fast paced environment.
- Energetic personality with a go-getter attitude.
- Full proficiency in written and oral French and English would be considered an asset.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office is considered an asset.
