Job description
As a key member of the team, this position will:
- Help to define business scope and objectives through research, fact-finding and a general understanding of applicable business and industry requirements.Act as a liaison between business users and solution teams.
- Develop or modify moderately complex business processes and elicits business requirements to ensure business needs are understood and successful business solutions are built
- Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
You are a Business Analyst who:
- Values relationships and helps strengthen the bond with partners with trust, teamwork and mutual respect.
- Brings general knowledge of business analysis best practices, requirements elicitation & analysis, stakeholder assessments as well as process modeling techniques that help enhance service delivery.
