Job description

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies managing multimillion dollar budgets and driving measurable results. This is a seniorlevel position that requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels strong analytical skills and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness lead generation and customer acquisition.
  2. Manage multimillion dollar budgets across various digital marketing channels including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM) search engine optimization (SEO) display advertising social media marketing email marketing and content marketing.
  3. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data analytics product management and creative teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement in the digital landscape.
  5. Optimize digital marketing campaigns through continuous analysis testing and refinement to maximize ROI and performance.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in digital marketing and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tools into the companys digital marketing efforts.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies ensuring highquality deliverables and effective collaboration.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals providing guidance support and professional development opportunities.

Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. 5-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing multi-million dollar budgets. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and marketing automation software. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas and results to senior management. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
