- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including dining services, bars, and special events.
- Develop and maintain high-quality standards of service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Create and manage menus that reflect the local flavors and seasonal offerings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise and train staff to deliver top-notch service and uphold our resort's standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Foster positive relationships with guests and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the resort's management team to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Food and Beverage management role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings, with the ability to curate exceptional dining experiences.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and seasons.
- Knowledge of local and sustainable food sources is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary of $80,000.
