INTERMEDIATE TECHNICAL ANALYST, FIELD TECHNICAL SERVICES

12-month Term

Victoria

 

You are a customer-focused team player responsible for providing quality customer service. As a member of the field technical services team, you follow best practice Service Management methodologies in order to support, maintain and operate the end-user and field services technologies on board our vessels and terminals. You have strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well in an energetic, fast-paced project and operations team environment. You have a proven commitment to quality and the ability to effectively establish on-going working relationships with team members and customers at all levels, while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction through assessing needs, establishing goals and resolving technical issues.

 

You perform preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshoot, repair and pro-actively resolve issues through an appropriate analysis methodology. You provide a stable and efficient environment for applications and devices, ensuring they interface with existing systems; adapting, integrating, testing, documenting and maintaining these systems.

 

You have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Systems or an IT related discipline from a recognized college or technical school. You have experience building, maintaining and providing support for Windows desktop environments, maintaining and supporting Active Directory, Group Policy and DFS Desktop structures. In addition, you have experience working on a variety of assignments in a technical/analytic role, providing end user support in an Information Technology organization, with experience installing and maintaining end-user device configurations.
