Job description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial transactions, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Knowledge of full-cycle accounting & accounting principles.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of financial procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Prepare documentation for external audits and tax filings.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Fleet management administration
Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on accounting expertise with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- You possess a strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and accounting principles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, SAP, SysPro).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and PO systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance., or CPA certification an asset
