Insurance TSR
- Markham

The Technical Service Representative works directly with the Account Managers and Producers reviewing and quoting existing policies. The successful candidate will work daily with a sense of urgency and understanding that accuracy is of the utmost importance in this role.

You have a knack for picking up new software and web based applications. A background in office administration will serve you well in this dynamic and fast paced role.

Responsibilities:

• Review existing renewal policies
• Quote renewal policies via Comp u quote
• Review issued policies against applications
• Entering New Business Applications via Portals
• Administrative tasks as assigned
• Daily reception back-up

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Power Broker (an asset) and Compu-quote
• RIBO or willing to obtain
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Desire and willingness to learn
• Strong computer skills
• Strict attention to detail
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Bilingualism and asset
