JOB DESCRIPTION

Randstad is looking for Customer Service Representatives to work for a well known logistics company in the North York area. This is an ongoing contract with the potential to become permanent and with FT hours. To find out more, read below:

Type: Contract
Hours: Monday - Friday, regular business hours 8:30 - 5:00 PM
Location: North York
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Hybrid - 1 day in office in North York (Gordon Baker Rd)

Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls and emails from clients using a ticketing system
- Processing orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Escalating and resolving any issues with shipping and tracking and tracing products
- Work alongside other departments to ensure client concerns are resolved

- Resolve customers issues with billing or any returns needed
- Respond to emails and tickets in a timely manner

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience is a must
- Order management is a must
- SAP or ERP is an asset
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
- Organization and prioritizing are mandatory soft skills
- Being able to work in a fast paced environment
