Job description

Technical Sales Rep - $70K base plus commissions

Our client, a manufacturer of building control cables is currently looking for a Technical Sales Rep to cover Ontario. The candidate will be based out of Ontario.

We are looking for a strong hunter who will go out and get new business and building strong relationships.

Advantages

Responsibilities
• Building new relationships while working with new and existing accounts to increase brand awareness – selling to electricians, engineering firms, etc.
• Evaluating and reporting sales activities
• Being informed on market competitiveness
• Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and other projections as required using a CRM platform

Qualifications
• Post-secondary in Business Admin or relevant field
• Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships to deal effectively at all levels of an organization
• Previous experience in industrial sales a strong asset
• Strong communication, proven analytical, planning, and organization skills

• Proficiency in basic office software suites
