- Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the area.
- Participate in training, development and performance management of associates.
- Establish goals and work with team to achieve these goals and measure their results.
- Be responsible for monitoring ESA violations, inventory analysis, product ordering system, audits or cash variances.
- Oversee Health and Safety in the area and track accident reports while acting as a liaison with the Health and Safety Dept.
- Investigate equipment problems and ensure the repairs/replacements are made.
- Monitor the Time and Attendance system and prepare seasonal schedule on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:
- You!
- Enrollment in a post-secondary Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management or related course or relevant work experience.
- Individuals with current Smart Serve Certification or a willingness to get certified (cost will be covered upon successful completion of contract).
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Individuals with strong MS Office computer skills.
- Thorough understanding of food and beverage controls relating to food cost and labour.
- People who love helping others and support the needs of guests and employees.
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
