Over the past 30+ years, Reefer Sales has become the leading provider of temperature-managed transportation hardware, equipment, service, and support across North America. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to grow in our Maintenance Department.

Duties:
The role of the Maintenance Coordinator will be to support the Maintenance Department by connecting with customers to schedule all annual and bi-annual inspections on equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that communication arrangements are dealt with in a timely manner while working with our Mobile Service department to ensure that we have appropriately and efficiently scheduled our Maintenance Technician staff.
- Be one of the first points of contact for customer inquiries on their maintenance equipment.
- Help prepare and execute monthly contract billing.
- Help prepare and execute yearly overuse billing.
- Maintains and/or ensures maintenance of client records related to invoicing.
- Locates, or assists in location of, hard-to-reach clients and coordinates service work that is aligned with our Mobile Service technician schedules.
- Opens and processes mobile service work orders while checking for warranty or repetitive history issues.
- Final step of invoicing for all brick & mortar locations for maintenance units (or delegate as required) – Brampton, Aberfoyle, Guelph & Cornwall.
- Responsible for accurate and timely collection of equipment data and tracking in PM spreadsheets.
- Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Manager.
- Cross trained to help cover all reception and front counter duties as required.
Knowledge & Skill:
- Previous transportation or operational experience is preferred, various roles within transportation would be beneficial.
- Actively engage in process improvement to further develop our systems.
- Communication skills – advanced.
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills within our team as well as externally with customers.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, the ability to evaluate current situations, respond quickly to changing requirements, execute and escalate accordingly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment, with appropriate sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with others to meet customer expectations.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Well-written and spoken in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Able to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity of Canada and GTA geography.
- Punctual to your shifts and willing to put in the additional time where needed to ensure success within the Maintenance team.
