We are looking for an experienced individual act as a liaison between a select group of clients and our Technical Services Team.
Who are you?:
- You have a deep understanding of business IT concepts and a real passion for technology.

- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in business-to-business sales or account management.
- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in the technology industry.
- You enjoy building relationships with business partners and clients.
- You enjoy report creation and performance measurement.
- You enjoy future planning including the creation of roadmaps and objectives.
- You enjoy planning and working with specific tasks from start to finish.
- You are a great communicator, having an aptitude and a passion for clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.
What will you be doing?:
- Building positive relationships with clients and understanding their business and objectives.
- Performing regular check in meetings with clients in person, over the phone and via video conferencing.
- Preparing and delivering quotes for new products and services both reactively and proactively.
- Addressing client escalations and working with colleagues to resolve concerns and issues.
- Looking for opportunities to ensure client success as it relates to their usage and adoption of technology.
- Communicating technological solutions and topics to clients in ways that they can easily understand.
