In this role, your key duties encompass:
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Appropriately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to oral health.
- Clinical Preventative Hygiene Services: Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, encompassing scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride applications, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening, to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Oral Health Education: Serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and providing counseling to empower patients in maintaining optimal oral health.
- Tailored Patient Experience: Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a personalized experience aligned with individual expectations. Uphold ethical and professional behavior consistently, fostering a trusting and comfortable environment for patients.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program.
- Registered as a Dental Hygienist and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
- Possession of a valid CPR certification
