Hays has partnered with a leading insurance company to hire a Bilingual Communications Specialist for a remote opportunity in Quebec.
Your new role
Consult with various teams to stay on top of projects and initiatives designed to move our organization into 1 st place within the industry. Collaborate with business partners and senior leadership in support of strategic initiatives. Develop leading-edge communications that are engaging, informative and relevant to specific audiences. Act as an advocate for advisors, the leadership team, and differing audiences, continually seeking new and improved ways of communicating while building engagement and breaking through the clutter. Deal with ambiguity, change, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Develop and maintain a network of subject-matter experts from across the organization in support of content development
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of experience writing, developing and implementing communications for various audiences, including senior management speaking notes and presentations. A degree or diploma in journalism, communications or equivalent work experience. Experience working in insurance or financial services and/or an agile organization is ideal, but not mandatory. Excellent process and change management skills. Consistent track record of on-time, on-budget delivery. Exceptional questioning and listening skills with the ability to synthesize and interpret information to develop on-message communication.
