Duties:
- Developing graphics and maintaining social media accounts, including managing customer reviews, online reputation management, and testimonials.
- Advising on marketing, advertising, or sales promotion opportunities and strategies.
- Developing strategies and content for direct and digital marketing campaigns and implementing them.
- Assessing characteristics of our products and services to determine marketing and advertising needs.
- Managing post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics.
- Conducting photography and videography of our services for marketing purposes.
- Acting as a spokesperson for Eclipse and handling written and oral inquiries over social media, online reviews and phone calls.
- Assisting in the development of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other advertising/marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must own a personal cell phone or be willing to carry a work cell phone.
- Must have own reliable means of transportation that isn’t shared with others.
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, on a rotating basis.
- Must have first aid training or be willing to acquire training.
- Must be able to swim.
- Must be able to conduct moderate physical work (i.e. loading boiler with wood, shoveling snow, unloading supplies, loading recycling & garbage, etc.
- Must speak and write English at a professional level.
- Knowledge of other relevant languages such as French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese are not required but will be considered during the hiring process
- Must possess a degree/diploma in Business Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism.
