Job description

Title: Collection Specialist Major accounts
Salary: 50 000-65 000$/year
Location: Lachine ( remote 3 days at home)
Schedule: 37.5 hours/ week
All benefits paid on day 1

Permanent position in a large enterprise on the west island. Ideal for someone who has 3 to 5 + years of experience in collection

Responsibilities
-Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
-Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations
-Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.

-Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
-Enlist the efforts of the Credit department and/or sales to accelerate the collection process.
-Re-issue invoices and credit statements to customers

Qualifications
-Good level of English and functional French
-5 + years of experience with major accounts collection
-Good communication skills
-Knowledge of ERP system (asset)
-Demonstrates reliability and integrity on a daily basis
-Adapting and responding to changing conditions, priorities, technologies and
requirementsBilingual (English and French)
