What you will do
Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition Analysis: Evaluating effectiveness of current channels.
- Discover New Channels: Seeking out new strategies for attracting users.
- Channel Optimization: Improving conversion rates via A/B testing on landing pages and ads.
- Campaign Development: Collaborating with marketing and engineering teams on user acquisition campaigns.
- Onboarding Improvement: Identifying and fixing onboarding pain points.
- Conversion Optimization: Examining and enhancing paths to subscription.
- Track Growth Metrics: Monitoring key indicators like acquisition cost, conversion rate, etc. to gauge the success of our strategies.
- Growth Experiments: Conducting A/B tests to find growth drivers.
- Data-Driven Product Insights: Using data to influence product direction.
- Communicate Findings: Clearly reporting strategies and results to stakeholders and teams.
- Cross-Functional Work: Joining forces with marketing, engineering, and design teams to support growth initiatives and alignment.
Required
Qualifications and Competences:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field, such as marketing or analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of the English language (minimum C1).
- Experience working with SaaS products and understanding the subscription model.
- Proven track record of successfully driving user acquisition and growth for a product.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in the education technology (EdTech) sector.
- Knowledge of the scholarship landscape and the target audience (students, parents, donors).
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
- Experience using growth hacking techniques and frameworks.
