Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cleaners (Female only). As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness at various locations. Your responsibilities will include performing cleaning duties efficiently while adhering to company standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Execute cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in residential and commercial spaces. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other designated areas. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal. Perform specialized cleaning tasks upon request, such as window cleaning or shower steaming. Follow established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and equipment to prevent damage and uphold safety standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisors of replenishment needs. Report any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning duties. Uphold a professional demeanor and represent the company positively when interacting with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work. Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Reliable transportation to and from various job locations. Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to work evenings or weekends if necessary.
