Operations Manager for a dynamic and thriving multi-location auto, Home and Business, glass & tint service company.
Embark on a career-defining journey as an Operations Manager/Integrator with our rapidly expanding Glass & Tint service chain. Reporting directly to the CEO/Visionary, you will be a pivotal force in executing our vision and propelling the business to remarkable heights. Your role is essential in managing operations across our diverse locations, specializing in Auto, Home, Business Glass and Tint services.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to align on and implement the company’s vision, manage team dynamics, and oversee day-to-day operations. Your leadership will spearhead our long-term growth. We are an EOS (Gino Wickman’s Traction) based operation and continued implementation and alignment with those tools and disciplines will be a key component of your role.
Team Management & Development: Excel in hiring, coaching, and leading a high-performing team, cultivating a culture where A-players (Right people in the right seats) excel. Manage team engagement headcount and budgets effectively.
Sales & Business Development: Drive strong sales and business development in both B2B and retail spaces, using your expertise to expand our market presence and client base.
Operational Excellence: Supervise multiple store operations, ensuring seamless execution and top-notch client experience, leveraging operational data for strategic decision-making.
Continuous Improvement and Development: Tasked with upholding a standardized playbook for key business functions, the Operation Manager spearheads the continual enhancement of business processes. Responsibilities include pinpointing potential improvements, enacting modifications, and evaluating the impact of these changes to ensure sustained consistency and excellence throughout all operations.
Effective Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the organization, effectively cascading all key messages.
Brand Advocacy: Be a champion of our brand, upholding our commitment to excellence in client care and quality service.
Innovative Mindset: Embrace challenges with a positive, can-do attitude, using a fast-paced and energetic approach. Utilize data and analytics to guide strategic decisions and insights.
What You Bring:
o Proven experience in growing & managing operations within the automotive, home services or glass service sector, particularly in multi-store environments with sales of $5 million plus.
o Strong background in sales and business development, both in B2B and retail spaces.
o Some experience with franchising, including managing franchisee relationships and maintaining knowledge of franchising agreements and regulatory considerations.
o Familiarity with M&A expansion models, having participated in acquisition processes and the subsequent integration of new entities to support business growth and expansion.
o Exceptional leadership skills with a history of nurturing high-performing teams.
o Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, impactful manner.
o Commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
o Collaborative spirit, with deep respect for leadership and team dynamics.
Preparedness to commit to a full-time role for a minimum of 3 years.
