Our Client is dedicated to International Corporations, Institutions and Global Organizations, Insurers and Health Carriers. They provide worldwide Remote Medical & Security Services, Business Travel Risk Management and International TPA & Cost Containment Services.
Our Client in Thornhill, Ontario, is looking for an Operations Business Analyst. The
Operations Business Analyst is accountable for:
- The efficient delivery/completion of tasks related to the successful launch of client and TPA implementations and other projects as identified.
- Determining inconsistent, inefficient or non-existent business processes and establishing, testing and training the efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Working in conjunction with the assigned Project Manager to develop and manage the successful implementation and launch of new business and TPA relationships.
- Developing and managing timelines for project or client implementations.
- Eliciting, reviewing, and editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
- Updating project timelines and submitting technology tickets according to project plans.
- Scheduling regular launch readiness reviews and preparing associated documents.
- Developing high quality deliverables including business requirements, functional specifications, business processes, system rules, options papers and recommendations.
- Working directly with internal and external development team to ensure solutions meet customers requirements and
- Conducting post implementation reviews to determine lessons learned for newly implemented business or TPAs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Full proficiency with English is required; secondary language skills an asset.
- Minimum 2 years healthcare industry experience.
- 3-5 years experience working in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Microsoft Project and Visio in particular.
- Superior documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Experience gathering, creating, reporting and analyzing project metrics.
