Job Title: Intermediate Civil Project Lead

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (salary dependant on experience/qualifications)

Position Type: Full-time

Overview: Linxus Group is seeking an Intermediate Civil Project Lead to join our clients' Civil Division in London, Ontario. Reporting to the Civil Team Lead, this role involves managing and leading projects, overseeing design work, mentoring team members, and ensuring project success for private and public sector projects across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Civil Engineering Design and Documents for land development and municipal projects.
• Design civil infrastructure including site servicing, grading, stormwater management, and more.
• Manage projects from initiation to closing, serving as the main point of contact with stakeholders.
• Review designs and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate team priorities to achieve project milestones.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Assist with proposal development and tender/contract administration as needed.
• Coordinate site investigations and construction reviews.
• Liaise with approval authorities and third parties.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Civil Engineering consulting/design.
• Registration or eligibility for licensure with the Professional Engineers of Ontario preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and AutoCAD suites.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with relevant design guidelines, codes, and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of engineering software such as Civil3D is an asset.
