About the Position

We are looking for a Jr Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role encompasses a big emphasis on data entry and completing all workflows within ADP. Working closely with the Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for setting up new hires in ADP, processing termination documentation, issuing ROEs and etc.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Maintain payroll inbox by providing payroll information, answering questions, follow-up resolving issues, and providing support. etc.
• Enter and process payroll information accurately.
• Set up new hires, and filing of employee contracts and other payroll documents.
• Process terminations and issue ROEs
• Update and maintain employee's payroll profile
• Timely and accurate processing of biweekly national payroll
• Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings.
• Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
• Maintains employee confidence by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other payroll duties and special projects as assigned

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Recently graduated or 1+ years of payroll work experience.
• Some knowledge of ADP but not required.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
• Accurate Data entry skills along with an analytical knack for numbers
• Accuracy and attention to detail and organization.
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
