- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to ensure work is performed according to specifications and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards at all times.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in water treatment facility or WWTP construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques related to water treatment projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to construction sites across Ontario as required.
