Job description
Our company Bal Sekhon Construction Corp is currently hiring 1 Roofer to work in various construction sites across Lower Mainland, BC.
Job responsibilities:
- Install, repair, or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as hot asphalt and gravel.
- Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics.
- Install sheet metal flashings.
- Apply waterproof coatings to concrete.
- Install and repair metal roofs.
- Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs.
- Estimate materials required and quote cost.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- At least over 2-3 years of related work experience OR 2-3 years of apprenticeship program
Job Terms:
- Wage: $29.00 per hour
- Job Location: Based out of 7952 133A Street Surrey, BC V3W 9Z8 and various locations across Lower Mainland
- Hours: 40 hours per week. Full time, permanent position
Transportation will be provided by the employer.
