Deep Trekker, a proud member of the Halma companies is a leading innovator in the robotics space, specializing in cutting-edge underwater robots and pipe inspection robots. As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Brand & Events Manager. The Event Planner will report to this key role, working collaboratively to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics for approximately 50 trade shows annually, including coordination of shipping for underwater robots, water tanks, and displays.
- Ensure the optimal condition of trade show displays and manage the fleet of equipment.
- Organize and maintain all necessary materials for trade shows, including brochures, business cards, and toolkits.
- Prepare and pack materials for shipping, coordinating with relevant teams for timely delivery.
- Organize bookings for trade shows, ensuring seamless coordination with event organizers.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to execute flawless events.
- Collaborate with the social media and graphics teams to develop a strong digital marketing presence for each trade show.
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to maximize booth traffic and generate sales leads.
- Explore speaking opportunities, booth events, and training days to enhance brand visibility.
- Collect feedback and data from each trade show to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on the performance of each event, including key metrics and insights.
- Manage the trade show budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
- Have a keen eye for design to ensure the consistent and effective representation of our brand across all marketing materials and activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event management, particularly in overseeing trade shows and exhibitions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Budget management experience.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
