This leader in the food industry located in Granby is looking for a Computer Technician - Maintenance and Support.

Additional information:
Contract under consultation
Contract duration : 3 months non-renewable.
Start date : January 2024
Hours : (37.5h/week)

hourly rate: $35-40/hr

Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities of this IT Technician - Maintenance and Support at a food industry leader located in Granby;

- Handle help requests and provide user support;
- Diagnose technical problems, find and implement solutions;
- Install, configure and update hardware and software;
- Troubleshoot printers and IP phones;
- Ensure maintenance, administration and security of systems and applications;
- Document incidents, draw up procedures and user guides for users
for users;
- Manage the inventory and renewal of computer hardware and software;
- Perform all other related tasks.

Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for the position of IT Technician - Maintenance and Support at a food industry leader located in Granby;


- AEC or DEC in computer science;
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of the Office suite;
- Good knowledge of computer hardware;
- Basic knowledge of networks (switches, routers, firewalls, antennas, etc.);
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and customer-oriented;
- Knowledge of spoken and written English (6/10);
- Possess a car and a valid driver's license. Occasional travel between facilities is required.
