What does the DMD team look like?

Well, we're a small team of vibrant, creative, and highly motivated individuals located in our beautifully renovated HQ in Belgium. We ensure our presence in over 40+ countries, and most of the magic happens in day-to-day team meetings, 1-1's, strategy alignment, and cross-collaboration with other departments. Amelia will be your Team Lead however, Kai and André are also quite involved!

What will your mission look like?

• As a trusted advisor and industry expert, your focus will be to ensure the high-quality management of our existing network and customers.
• As a Key Account Executive you will also drive revenue growth and expand our customer base through new customer acquisition.
• Your success at OG involves understanding and embodying our DNA: partnership and mutual benefit. Motivate your network to build success together!
• Take ownership of the sales process and collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and deliver innovative solutions.

What About You?

• You are a successful professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, if you know the Hair Industry, it’s even better!
• Fluency in French, along with excellent English proficiency is required.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a proven track record of outstanding Sales results.
• You have a healthy balance between working independently and as a team player.
• You have a strong can-do mindset and know how to assess, identify trends, forecast, and strategically implement a Market Development Plan.

• Second interview – Amelia and André (Team Lead and General Manager)
