ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The opportunity
Working as part of a large project team, you are a detail oriented individual who is committed to quality. You use sound judgement and awareness while providing confidential administrative support to the Director, IT Projects and IT Projects Division. You are responsible for establishing administrative procedures and guidelines to ensure effective coordination and timelines; monitors the financial management and operations budget; and manages the administrative operations.

You have experience as an administrative assistant or relevant work experience with a certificate or diploma in business or office administration.

Additional information
The target salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
