We're seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to join our team! You'll begin with a competitive salary and have revenue share opportunities after 3 months. As part of your role, you'll lead the team's growth and operations, overseeing multiple client accounts;

- You have experience specifically with B2B Outbound Marketing, particularly in cold email outreach;
- You have excellent English skills;
- You are a self-starter, love to learn new things daily, and get excited about results;
- You have a strong meme game;
- You're comfortable working from 9 EST to 5 EST (we need to accommodate our US clients).
What will your day-to-day be like:
- Managing multiple campaigns for clients. Optimizing open rates and replies;
- Your responsibilities will include supporting and guiding the team;
- Knows the ins and outs of the business of a successful marketing agency;
- Communicating with clients on results. Our clients are super fun to work with, btw!
- Researching, researching, and learning. We expect you to learn about new market trends and tools not only from us but also on your own!

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Cold-Email Marketing;
- Eagerness to deepen knowledge in B2B Outbound Marketing, especially in cold email strategies;
