We're assisting a pharmacy client in the Sudbury area in their quest for an RPhT to join their experienced team, primarily dedicated to providing patient care and services to long-term/residential care patients within the dispensary. This role operates within a dynamic, fast-paced pharmacy environment with significant collaboration among healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
Registered pharmacy technician - Sudbury

- Perform computer-based tasks related to prescription processing, inventory management, and patient records.
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with medication-related questions.
- Conduct final product checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and service delivery.
- Adhere to all OCP requirements and regulations governing pharmacy practice.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensary and work area.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
- Provide support to other team members as needed to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications
Registered pharmacy technician - Sudbury

- Registered Pharmacy Technician in ON and in good standing with the College of Pharmacy
- 2 years of experience in the pharmacy field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent service for all patients
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
