- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team to support decision-making
- Manage Work in Progress (WIP) accounting and reporting.
- Develop and provide monthly financial reports quarterly financial projections to senior leadership using Power BI
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, filing deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with external tax advisors to optimize the company's tax position.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Implement best practices for financial risk management.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA designation is highly preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of Work in Progress (WIP), cash flow management, and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall business strategy
