Atlas Canada is seeking a dynamic candidate who is well-organized with exceptional communication and leadership skills. This individual is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance our market presence, foster client/vendor relationships, and drive overall business success.
The core functions of our Senior Manager, Business Insights & Strategy include but not limited to the following:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and lead strategic planning initiatives to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and execute the company's long-term vision and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Pricing and Business Reporting Oversight:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive pricing strategy that aligns with market dynamics, cost structures, and customer value. Collaborate with finance and sales teams to ensure competitive and profitable pricing models.
- Lead the design and implementation of robust business reporting systems, providing key stakeholders with actionable insights into financial performance, market trends, and operational efficiency. Continuously assess and refine reporting metrics to drive informed decision-making throughout the organization.
Client and Market Insights:
- Conduct in-depth analysis to better understand the needs of our clients and identify trends in the moving and logistics industry.
- Utilize market research to stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and changing consumer preferences.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand our service offerings.
- Lead the development of comprehensive partnership models that enhance the overall value proposition for our clients.
Brand Positioning:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Atlas Canada Moving Company's brand positioning within the industry.
- Support marketing teams’ efforts to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and market trends.
Operational Optimization:
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize processes, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives related to technology adoption and process improvement.
Employment Type & Hours : Full-time position with work hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operations optimization
- Knowledge of the moving and logistics industry is an asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
