TalentWorld is recruiting a Bilingual Customer Services Representative in North York for one of our clients for a 1 year contract!
Customer Commitment is your middle name, as you seamlessly sync with Customer Service and Finance teams to gather the necessary information. Picture yourself as the superhero resolving customer issues and maintaining customer accounts. But that's not all – you're not just providing customer service, you are providing support across multiple departments of the business.
Representative – Responsibilities- Provide strong verbal and written communication, using a variety of mediums. Organized and able to prioritize various projects and tasks to meet organizational goals.
- Use of office software, technology, and applications. ·Provide support with final lease and remedy over-term accounts.
- Prepare and manage dealer service and resolve issues in relation to payments.
- Ensure inbound and outbound call servicing is completed in a professional manner and to internal KPI's.
- Collections considered a huge asset for this role.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Qualifications- Must be Bilingual, French and English.
- Must be tech savvy with exposure to MS Applications and Lotus would be an asset
- Must have experience in Customer Service and/or Auto Finance experience
- Completion of post-secondary college diploma or university degree

Employment Details- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week
- Hybrid - upon completion of onboarding
- 1 year contract with possibility of conversion
