We are currently seeking an experienced
Project Manager to join our
global team. As a Project Manager you will act as the primary contact responsible for fulfilling our clients' project requirements. The focus of the work will be around Project Management of Global clients. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, project governance, stakeholder management, deliverables management, resource forecasting and management, maintaining project records, managing project risks & issues, as well status reporting to management and key client leaders.
Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications: - Possess a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline.
- 5+ years of proven track record of leading and managing projects with complex team structures.
- Experience in managing projects using a variety of proven project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong customer service focus with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, stakeholders and management.
- Proven and demonstrated project leadership, including conflict management, negotiation, and issues management skills.
- The ability to inspire trust with team members, foster teamwork and lead others to achieve results.
- The ability to develop complex project plans and lead diverse teams through delivery.
- Excellent understanding of scope and change management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- The ability to produce project financial reports.
- Working knowledge of Project Management tools and SharePoint.
- PMP Certification is required. Agile Certification will be considered as an asset.
- Experience managing SAP B1 implementations will be considered as an asset.
