Job description
As Account Manager you’re the key client-partner, offering strategic insight and overseeing the development of all facets of creative work being produced for your accounts. You have financial oversight of the client relationship and are end-responsible for the satisfaction of your clients with the Agency’s output.
You will exemplify collaboration, be prepared to work with our global team and demonstrate incredible organization and project management capabilities. You are a trusted partner to your clients and strive to build business and relationships. An appreciation of creativity in all its forms and fluency in art, design, culture and commerce will be welcomed warmly.
Responsibilities
- Resonsible for the strategic, creative and production work on accounts, including presenting and selling work in a planned and considered manner
- Responsible for documenting and effectively communicating the outcome of all contact with assigned clients
- Project-manages team throughout all stages of development to ensure the work meets client’s expectations.
- Ensure strong leadership and direction, ensuring retention and service levels are excellent
- Responsibility to ensure that money spent delivers a solid ROI and is spent to build the long-term sustainability of the agency.
- Manage contractual relationships and fee negotiations and monitor contract compliance.
- Ensure a full understanding of the clients’ business, industry, competitors to use this knowledge to add value to the client business.
- Define and articulate the strategic vision and direction for the client.
- Drive opportunity for the agency from all angles- strategic, creative and financial.
Qualifications
- 4-5 Years in a Tier 1 Advertising Agency
- Knowledge of Above-the-Line and Digital Project Management
- Experience in working for large clients in an international setting
- Fluent in written/spoken English
