Job description

We are currently hiring a Housekeeper/Maintenance staff member responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our senior care community. This role involves a combination of housekeeping and light maintenance duties to maintain a welcoming and well-maintained environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:
Housekeeping:

Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met throughout the facility.
Change bed linens, sanitize surfaces, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in bathrooms and kitchens.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Assist in laundry services as required.
Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing furniture.
Coordinate with external vendors for more extensive repairs or maintenance projects.
Keep outdoor areas, including gardens and walkways, well-maintained and safe.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
