Job description
Our client is one of North America’s leading suppliers of bulk transportation equipment - specifically tank trailers both new and used - they provide solutions to customers wishing to purchase or lease. Due to continued strong growth they are looking for a Fleet Manager for Quebec and the Maritimes . Based in Montreal , working from a home office and reporting to the VP Fleet Maintenance and Procurement, the Fleet Manager is responsible for pre & post lease inspections , preventive maintenance , fleet/equipment maintenance and coordination of efforts within the department for records and fleet/inventory control management . The right person will have significant experience in an asset administration position including exposure to vehicle and/or equipment leasing , a mechanical aptitude , strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. In addition, the right person will have solid communication skills, excellent organizational and planning skills, and a desire to be part of a growing and successful company. Applicants MUST BE FULLY & FLUENTLY BILINGUAL to be considered for this role. There is a very competitive compensation package offered.
