Bosa Properties is looking for an ­­­Assistant Community Manager to join our team of talented real estate professionals. Reporting to the ­­Community Manager, this individual will have a unique opportunity to ­­­­create a vibrant and exceptional resident experience at our building in Downtown Victoria. The Assistant Community Manager plays a critical role in contributing to the success of our community, assisting with day-to-day operations, resident engagement initiatives, team management, and financial administration.

 

What You'll Do

• Act as a first point of contact for resident inquiries, addressing their needs and facilitating communication with management;
• Assist in organizing resident events, programs, and activities to encourage community engagement;
• Provide support with leasing through managing inquiries, maintaining suite availability, conducting showings, reporting and facilitating move-ins and outs;
• Maintain resident records, lease agreements and relevant documentation;
• Contribute to preparing and monitoring the annual budget, rent collections, processing invoices and maintaining financial records;
• Collaborate with maintenance team and external partners to promptly address resident maintenance requests and building repairs.

• Two (2) + years of experience customer service;
• A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to the success of the community;
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, team members and external partners;
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple priorities in parallel;
• Experience in Property Management will be considered an asset;
• Experience with a property management software (Yardi preferred) will be considered an asset.

Salary

The expected base salary range for this role is $58,700 - $80,700. Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
