Job description
Join our dynamic team as an Engagement Coordinator, P&C! In this role, you’ll be creating consistency in the optometrist welcome experience at FYihealth group by ensuring that all new optometrists to FYi have their onboarding requirements met. Additionally, you'll play a key role in providing ongoing support to optometrists and contributing to the enhancement of employee engagement throughout the FYihealth group.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of engagement projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Working closely with team members to gather project requirements and monitor project progress.
- Providing regular updates to project stakeholders and partners.
- Liaising between home office teams and doctors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Responding to inquiries and requests from doctors in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of communication materials, surveys, and engagement materials.
- Managing email campaigns and other communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of doctor information, engagement metrics, and project-related data.
- Generating reports and analyzing data to provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Working closely with team members to brainstorm ideas, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of engagement initiatives.
- Providing administrative support as needed to ensure the efficient functioning of the engagement team.
As the Successful Candidate You Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum 1-year previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in engagement or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong digital background with a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point, project management software, and engagement tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-starter, with an ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset.
