Job description
-Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, skills, and motivation to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Execute sales strategies and initiatives developed by the sales manager , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
-Track and analyze sales team performance and provide regular reports to management. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance sales productivity.
-Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
-Collaborate with the sales manager and senior leadership to develop sales forecasts and budgets. -Monitor sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
-Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer retention strategies and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
-Oversee administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as order processing, pricing, contracts, and sales documentation. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
