Job description

- Conveys materials and items from inbound trailer to outbound trailer or to specified staging areas
- Records the amount of materials received or distributed
- marks materials with identifying information
- On occasion is required to weight items to ensure conformance to the Bill of Lading
- Operation of a pallet jack and forklift to move material
- Take an active roll in dock safety and maintenance
- Other duties as required
- Ability to perform common math skills such as add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Able to perform the physical requirements such as standing, walking, and lifting
- Able to perform under pressure with tight deadlines
- Forklift license would be considered an asset
- A positive attitude willing to contribute in a productive way
- Ability to work within a team
