Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.

Assist in the creation of marketing plans, including budget allocation and timeline development.

Content Creation and Management:

Produce high-quality written and visual content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and advertising materials.

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to create engaging multimedia content.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Public Relations and Communications:

Write press releases, articles, and other PR materials to promote company news, events, and initiatives.

Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.

Coordinate and oversee participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Email Marketing:

Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and segmenting email lists.

Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates and click-through rates, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Generate reports and provide insights on marketing performance to stakeholders.

Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimizations for future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Team player with strong collaboration skills.
