Role : Support Engineer
Location: Cambridge MA (Onsite)
Duration: Contract Role
MOI: Telephonic / Skype
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring the benchtop devices in lab environment are up to date and functioning without any issue.
- Must ensure all the lab computers are updated with latest OS patch and anti viruses are updated regularly
- Should able to troubleshoot and fix the reported issue with the lab systems
- Should able to upgrade patch and maintain the lab computers and attached systems
- Should able to coordinate with OEM and Vendors for maintenance visit and to troubleshoot the issue under critical situation
- Should able to understand and communicate with knowledge about networking and connected lab devices
Generic Managerial Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customerservice orientation.
Understand customer service and service delivery.
Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow Tool.
