Job description
A Virtual Assistant is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. This is a direct hire and work from home set up.
Responsibilities & duties:
* Research companies to create strategic communication plans
* Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients
* Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
* Research and maintain lead generation database
* Conduct customer research
* Provide accurate and timely information to management
* Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Skills required:
* Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
* Experience with cold calling
* Experience with research and maintaining databases
* Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience in using CRM; Experience using Salesforce is an advantage
* Strong project and time management skills
