Job description

1. Use sales knowledge and customer service skills to make proposals according to customers’ requirements.
2. Answering customer’s inquiry with professional skills regarding our company's products or services by email, phone, or personally at customer's office.
3. Identify or find out opportunities to offer information or quotations and make product or service suggestions based on a customer's needs.
4. Follow up quotations sent to potential customers and clients.

Qualifications and Skills
1.Education: Diploma/Certificate
2.Language: Mandarin is a big plus
3.Required experience: 2-year customer or sales services
4.Extensive skills: Illustrator or Photoshop or InDesign is a plus, not a must
5.Excellent communication, negotiation skills, strong telemarketing & relationship building skills
6.Quick-thinking, problem-solving attitude, excellent organization and time management skills
