As a Designer and Marketing Program Manager, you will work independently and in co-operation with Senior Corporate Brand Manager (SCBM) in the development and management of a variety of design-related activities. Applicants with additional capabilities in photography, video content creation and English-language writing and editing will be of particular interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create print and electronic documents in accordance with established brand standards including internal documents, collateral and business forms, bulletins, etc.
- Development and management of annual marketing strategic plan outlining activities to achieve overall marketing goals for Amico, in collaboration with SCBM.
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Monitor, analyze and report on metrics for campaign performance to Senior Management.
- Manage site photography and videography program (selecting photographers, site preparation management, etc) and database for all marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts across Amico.
- Design and create ancillary assets such as illustrations, icons, infographics, photo editing, etc. as required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Plan and manage occasional townhall events and other corporate communication events to internal staff (ie. not externally for emergency management on sites, etc.)
- Manage annual marketing budget, expense management, etc.
- Participate in occasional public relations events that require marketing coverage, preparation, etc. such as groundbreaking ceremonies at a development site.
- Collaborate with Amico’s social media coordinator to develop and design content that reflects the company’s communications strategy and brand standards.
- Participate in special projects as assigned from time to time.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 10+ years of proven experience in marketing leadership with a focus on implementation and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise with marketing software and tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, etc.)
