ABOUT OEA NS

Serving employers throughout Nova Scotia, Employer Advisor Nova Scotia (OEA NS) is a not-for-profit society that supports employers, business associations, groups and agencies with advocacy, confidential assistance, advice, and education on workers’ compensation, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and interconnected employment/human resources issues.

Located in Bedford, NS, OEANS is governed by an independent sector-based Board of Directors and receives a funding subsidy from Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia (WCB) to assist employers.

OEA NS is recruiting an Employer Advisor to support employers achieve business success.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Employer Advisor will:

OEA NS offers competitive wages based on regular wage compensation reviews, a comprehensive group health plan, RRSP with matching, program, short term disability plan and options for remote work. Free parking is available at the OEA NS office.
