We're looking for an Integration Analyst or Associate to join our New Partners team, based out of Calgary, AB.
Responsibilities:
As an Integration Analyst or Associate, you are the bridge that helps clinics learn to use CPP’s tools, systems, and processes to operate more efficiently and effectively. You will work with business owners and their teams to set up, train, and seamlessly transition people and operations onto CPP’s centralized operating tools and systems.
Key Objectives:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, objectives and maintain tight feedback loop.
Become an expert in CPP’s technology systems, identifying opportunities to drive greater efficiency over time.
Transition people, systems, and processes to CPP’s centralized systems, including HRIS, bill pay, marketing, and EMR systems.
Serve as the information conduit and relationship steward between CPP’s internal teams and new clinics, sharing key business insights and connecting people with the right person and/or solution.
Work with the New Partners team to identify potential partners, build valuation models, conduct market research, and due diligence
Proactively communicate with corporate and clinic staff to ensure goals and timelines are met; E.g., daily updates with the New Partner team, emails/phone calls as issues arise, ad hoc brainstorming sessions, and weekly updates to the CPP leadership team.
Travel: Expect 1-2 trips per month to the U.S., each lasting 2-3 days
Professional Development: At CPP, we have a track record of rewarding success in roles with progressive opportunities. As part of the New Partners team, you'll tackle tasks alongside our New Partners (M&A) group, from determining our offer values to drafting legal documents.
Success Stories: We aim to make adding new clinics seamless and quick. When done well, changes are hardly noticed by clinic staff, and the new tools that are available are appreciated.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the New Partners and Legal teams, alongside our Central Services team, when clinics join. Our New Partners team is located in downtown Calgary, where we collaborate in person several days a week.
Qualifications:
University or an equivalent undergraduate degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven problem-solving skills, both with numbers and words, and a value-driven orientation.
Digital Proficiency: Quick adaptability to various systems.
Previous experience in an integration or consulting role is preferred.
Ability to work with different teams, understand their needs, and foresee how any changes might affect operations or risk exposure.
Additional Considerations: Problem-solving capabilities and maintaining a positive outlook are crucial, along with the ability to develop personal connections with clinic owners and office managers.
Interview Process: Expect two case-style interviews where we delve into solving problems together.
