We're looking for an Integration Analyst or Associate to join our New Partners team, based out of Calgary, AB.

Responsibilities:
As an Integration Analyst or Associate, you are the bridge that helps clinics learn to use CPP’s tools, systems, and processes to operate more efficiently and effectively. You will work with business owners and their teams to set up, train, and seamlessly transition people and operations onto CPP’s centralized operating tools and systems.

You will also work with CPP’s department heads to keep a pulse on the evolving needs of the organization. As part of our New Partners team, there will be ample opportunity to work with new people and implement consistent improvements as you integrate and onboard 1-2 new businesses each month. Success in this role has an outsized impact on CPP’s ability to quickly realize the value and significantly contributes to the perception of our company and the happiness of staff.

Key Objectives:

Travel: Expect 1-2 trips per month to the U.S., each lasting 2-3 days

Success Stories: We aim to make adding new clinics seamless and quick. When done well, changes are hardly noticed by clinic staff, and the new tools that are available are appreciated.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the New Partners and Legal teams, alongside our Central Services team, when clinics join. Our New Partners team is located in downtown Calgary, where we collaborate in person several days a week.

Qualifications:

Additional Considerations: Problem-solving capabilities and maintaining a positive outlook are crucial, along with the ability to develop personal connections with clinic owners and office managers.

Interview Process:   Expect two case-style interviews where we delve into solving problems together.
