As a critical driver to our success, the Director of Marketing, Customer Engagement, Hospital will oversee Bio-Generic portfolio marketing strategies for products soon to be launched and in-market in various therapeutic fields and customer segments within the hospital market.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Deep understanding of the Hospital environment, market, competition trends;
• Lead a team in building optimal Customer Engagement plans to drive market share;
• Align customer engagement team and customer facing teams toward common goals and coordinate activities for targeted customers;
• Ensure portfolio performance is tracked and shared with customer facing teams;
• Ensure participation to new product launches and contribute on strategies, selling models, forecasts, product positioning on the market to respond to evolving customer needs;
• Coach, direct, provide vision to customer engagement marketing manager.

Role Requirements

What you need for this role:
• Bachelor degree completed in administration, marketing, commerce or other field related to this position;
• 5-8 years in marketing and business analytics experience including a minimum of 3 years as a leader in product launches;
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a leader in project management;
• Experience in employee management;
• Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite, specially with Excel and PowerPoint;
• Familiar with CRM, IQVIA, SAP, etc.;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.

• Deep customer expertise, results driven & capacity to lead, coach, motivate, inspire;
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Thrives and interested in changing and ambiguous environments requiring flexibility, agility and creativity;
• Excellent analytical thinking, team spirit and ability to prioritize.
