Key responsibilities for the Manager, Communication Services include:

• Comprehensive Talent Management Leadership: Take the lead in all aspects of talent management for Communication Services.

• Oversee Comprehensive Communication Operations: Take charge of managing all aspects of Communication Services on a daily basis, covering internal and external communications, client relationships and digital media strategies. Additionally, managing the annual event calendar, providing direction and approvals for event proposals and budgets.

• Strategic Collaboration and Risk Management: Collaborate closely with the Director of Communications & Governance to accomplish strategic communication goals and effectively manage communication risk.

• Development of Communication Channels and Brand Identity : Lead the development and maintenance of CREB®'s communication platforms, ensuring consistency in visual branding to reinforce our identity and message.

• Strategic Support for Governance and Advocacy: Provide strategic support to the Director of Communications & Governance in governance activities, advocacy efforts, and government relations, leveraging the expertise of the Communication Services team to engage CREB® members effectively and drive organizational objectives related to governance, public policy, and legislative change.
